- Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen preparation and production.
- Prepare and store ingredients correctly.
- Follow company recipes, portion specifications, and quality standards.
- Maintain food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Minimize food waste and ensure proper food storage and labeling.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
