Role responsibilities
- Create detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, sections, and working documents using CAD and BIM software.
- Build 3D models and prepare presentation views, renderings, and mood boards for client or design reviews.
- Conduct site measurements, take field photographs, and assist with site verification.
- Help compile drawings and reports for local building codes, zoning laws, and statutory approval submissions.
- Support communication with contractors, vendors, and engineering consultants under senior supervision.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is ₹18,300–₹23,000 per month.
- Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, and paid time off.
