Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of architectural concepts, designs, and plans.
- Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, renderings, and visualizations to effectively communicate design intent.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design software (Revit is mandatory).
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer aided architectural software’s.
- Develop, and update construction documents.
- Support the implementation of design changes and revisions as required.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials for client meetings, including design boards, 3D models, and digital presentations. Ability to use all architectural software programs including Revit is a must.
- Coordinate with internal departments and review complete drawing packages.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai authorities and manage submissions and approvals (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, DEWA, RTA).
- Meeting with clients, updating them, and building relationships with them to achieve targets.
- Ability to coordination between all departments, and Ability to revise full set drawings.
