We are looking for a high‑performing Senior Sales Executive with deep knowledge of the UAE market, strong industry relationships, and the ability to generate real business opportunities from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and close new business opportunities across Interior Design, Fit Out, and Engineering Consultancy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and contractors
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Maintain an active and high quality sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and project teams for smooth project handover
- Stay updated on UAE market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events and networking platforms
Required Qualifications And Skills
- Proven sales experience in Interior Design, Fit Out, or Engineering Consultancy within the UAE
- Strong and active network of clients, consultants, developers, and contractors
- Existing client database with the ability to bring immediate leads
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong personality with a hunter mindset and proven closing ability
- Independent, confident, and highly target driven
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results
