The ideal candidate must be an Arabic-speaking lady but able to converse fluently in English with excellent communication skills, strong administrative experience, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and draft contracts and official documents in both Arabic and English
- Handle day-to-day administrative and office coordination tasks
- Welcome clients and visitors professionally and assist them accordingly
- Support basic HR and administrative functions
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate with different departments and external parties when required
- Ensure smooth office operations and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
- ✔ Arabic female candidate
- ✔ Previous experience in the construction field is required.
- ✔ Ability to create and review contracts in Arabic and English
- ✔ Strong Multitasking and organizational skills
- ✔ Knowledge of HR functions and office administration
- ✔ Computer literate (MS Office, email correspondence, document management, etc.)
- ✔ Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
- ✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and team player
- Professional in handling clients and confidential information
