Key Responsibilities
- Capable of securing execution projects for the company.
- Lead and manage fit out projects to high end.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project objectives.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
- Mentor and guide site engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects.
Required Qualifications
- and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Applied Arts major in Interior Design & Furniture or similar.
- 7+ years of proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions) with an excellent portfolio of previous works.
- Skilled in meeting clients, reviewing all plans and drawings, and ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Capable of conducting site visits and preparing detailed quantity calculations (BOQ) with our current team.
- The ideal candidate should maintain a strong network of subcontractors and qualified labor covering all fit‑out specialties, ensuring the ability to provide and mobilize complete teams for any project requirement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly creative with a strong eye for detail and design precision.
- Comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle, from engineering execution to final delivery.
- Experience in sourcing and coordinating with contractors, workers, and suppliers is essential.
