Role overview
Joinery manufacturing company in Saif Zone, Sharjah, seeks an experienced, commercially aware Joinery Estimator.
The role supports pre-contract estimation and the joinery section.
Estimate supply-and-install packages for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects valued between AED 1 million and AED 10 million.
Responsibilities
- Prepare competitive joinery estimates and negotiate tenders.
- Support joinery production with material procurement sheets and cutting schedules.
- Coordinate project changes during the post-contract stage.
- Attend site surveys when required.
Candidate requirements
- Proven pre-contract joinery estimating and quantity surveying experience with a specialist joinery contractor.
- Educational background in a similar field and good knowledge of joinery fabrication methods and material processing.
- Good Excel skills; understanding of technical drawings is essential.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, communicate articulately, and work under pressure.
- Conscientious, organized, and attentive to quality control and detail.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–4,500 per month.
Schedule
- The application asks whether candidates are willing to work six days a week.
