Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused **Junior Barista** to join its new Abu Dhabi branch.
The ideal candidate should have basic barista experience, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced café environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café items according to company standards
- Assist in operating and maintaining coffee machines and beverage equipment
- Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service areas
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory monitoring
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Support senior baristas and café staff during busy service periods
- Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and presentation
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a café, restaurant, or customer service environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and develop barista skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
- Immediate availability required
