Summary
We are seeking an experienced **HR Generalist** to manage and support the full spectrum of human resources functions within a dynamic real estate development environment.
The ideal candidate must have prior UAE experience working for a real estate developer or real estate company and possess strong knowledge of UAE HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
- Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
- Coordinate employee visa, labor, Emirates ID, and other HR-related processes
- Support payroll preparation, attendance monitoring, and leave administration
- Address employee relations matters and provide HR guidance to management and staff
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and workforce-related documentation
- Coordinate training and development activities when required
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information
Requirements
- **Minimum 3–5 years of UAE HR experience**
- **Previous experience working within a Real Estate Developer or Real Estate company in the UAE is mandatory**
- Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law, HR operations, and employment regulations
- Experience handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration
- Knowledge of payroll support, attendance management, and HR documentation processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HR systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
