**Position:** CRM Executive
**Salary:** AED 6,000 – 7,000 + Commission
Summary
Zabeel Ladies Club is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused **CRM Executive** to deliver exceptional member experiences while driving membership sales and service utilization.
The ideal candidate will combine strong customer service skills, sales capability, and relationship management expertise to ensure high levels of member satisfaction, retention, and revenue generation.
This role serves as a key point of contact for members and visitors, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, promoting club services, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
*Member Experience & Front Desk Management*
- Welcome members and visitors in a warm, professional, and service-oriented manner
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding club facilities, services, memberships, and events
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience at all touchpoints
- Maintain a professional and organized reception environment
*CRM & Relationship Management*
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members to enhance retention and loyalty
- Maintain accurate customer records and interactions within the CRM system
- Conduct follow-ups with members regarding memberships, renewals, feedback, and service usage
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively address concerns
*Sales & Revenue Generation*
- Promote memberships, services, classes, events, and club offerings
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and membership targets
- Convert inquiries and leads into active memberships and bookings
*Complaint Resolution & Customer Care*
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and service issues professionally and efficiently
- Take ownership of customer cases and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve service quality
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction after issue resolution
*Administrative & Reporting Duties*
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, memberships, complaints, and sales activities
- Prepare customer service and sales reports when required
- Utilize CRM, POS, and Microsoft Office systems effectively
- Support club operations and special projects as required
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of UAE experience** in CRM, customer service, membership sales, **hospitality, wellness, luxury retail, or a similar client-facing role**
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Proven experience in sales, upselling, and achieving targets
- Excellent complaint handling and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using CRM systems and customer databases
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
