Summary
A well-established Psychotherapy Center in Barsha Heights is seeking a compassionate and professional **Registered Nurse** to support psychiatrists and multidisciplinary mental health professionals in delivering high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient healthcare settings, strong patient coordination skills, and the ability to work effectively in a confidential and patient-centered environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist psychiatrists and healthcare professionals during patient consultations and treatments
- Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and treatment schedules
- Monitor and document patient information, medical histories, and treatment records accurately
- Support patient assessments and ensure smooth clinical operations
- Provide patient education and guidance regarding treatment plans and clinic procedures
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with DHA standards
- Ensure patient confidentiality and professional handling of sensitive information
- Assist with medication management and clinical procedures within scope of practice
- Maintain clinic hygiene, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements
Requirements
- Valid **DHA License or DHA Eligibility** as a Registered Nurse (mandatory)
- Minimum **5 years of experience in a Mental Health / Psychotherapy** **setting**
- Experience assisting physicians, psychiatrists, or specialists in a clinical environment
- Strong patient coordination and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
- Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Knowledge of DHA regulations and healthcare best practices
- Immediate availability preferred
Ideal Candidate

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
