The role supports a high-profile client IT transformation program with a global management consultancy.
Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver an IT transformation roadmap covering target operating model, application rationalization, and cloud migration.
- Assess infrastructure, applications, data, and IT governance; define target-state architecture.
- Lead PMO planning, RAID management, dependency tracking, and steering committee reporting.
- Drive vendor evaluation, RFP processes, and TCO/ROI business cases.
- Align delivery with TOGAF, ITIL 4, COBIT, and local regulatory and data-residency requirements.
- Work with CIO/CTO stakeholders and consulting partners to land change and ensure adoption.
Requirements
- Bring 5+ years in IT transformation, IT strategy, or large-scale technology delivery.
- Experience at a Tier 1, Tier 2, or Big 4 consultancy is essential.
- Have hands-on experience in cloud migration, ERP, or core-system modernization, and hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery.
- Have grounding in enterprise architecture, IT operating models, and IT cost optimization.
- TOGAF, PMP/PRINCE2, ITIL, or SAFe certifications are preferred.
- GCC public- or private-sector experience is a strong plus.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is advantageous.
