IT Support Specialist
Isojepang LLC – Lusail
Isojepang LLC is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Lusail. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting users, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot system, network, and application problems in a timely manner
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers and network systems
- Monitor system performance and ensure security best practices are followed
- Document issues, solutions, and IT procedures
- Coordinate with external vendors when necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments
- Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
- Knowledge of remote support tools and ticketing systems
