About the Role
The IT Support Engineer will provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and IT systems across the organization. You will play an important role in ensuring employees receive timely technical assistance while helping maintain stable and secure IT operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, technically skilled, customer-focused, and eager to grow their IT career.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
- Support Microsoft 365, email systems, and user accounts
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve technical issues promptly
- Set up and configure new user workstations and devices
- Monitor system performance and report recurring issues
- Maintain IT inventory and asset records
- Assist with network connectivity and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Support server, backup, and security operations
- Configure user permissions and access controls
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers
- Document technical procedures and troubleshooting steps
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity standards

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or CCNA
- Experience with ticketing and remote support tools
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
