Experience: Minimum 5+ years
- Provides L1/L2 support for desktops, applications, and networks
- Troubleshoots Windows, Office 365, and enterprise applications
- Manages tickets via ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy)
- Handles user provisioning, access control, and password resets
- Installs, configures, and maintains hardware/software
- Supports remote users via VPN and remote tools
- Maintains asset inventory and lifecycle management
- Documents issues, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Escalates critical incidents to L3/support teams
Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
