Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Executive to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in computer systems, troubleshooting, and employee IT support.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup and configure PCs, laptops, printers, and related IT equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Fix software installation and license-related problems
- Provide technical support to employees for day-to-day IT issues
- Maintain systems, user accounts, and basic network support
- Ensure smooth functioning of office IT infrastructure
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3+ years of IT support experience
- Experience in PC formatting, software installation, and troubleshooting etc
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Candidates currently available in UAE preferred
- Own visa preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given priority
