IT Support Specialist
About This Role
IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and maintain company IT assets including laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, mobile devices, and accessories
-Track asset allocation, handover, return, and inventory records
-Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and system-related issues
-Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely manner
-Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Mac systems and common business applications
-Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, printers, and office systems
-Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required
-Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective
-Ensure all systems and devices are updated and functioning properly
-Support meeting room equipment, video conferencing systems, and office connectivity
-Maintain basic documentation for IT procedures and asset records
Preferred Skills
_Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration
_Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
_Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 environment
_Knowledge of networking fundamentals, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewall systems is a plus
_Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data protection best practices is an advantage
_Good communication and organizational skills
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or related role
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Professional attitude and strong attention to detail
