We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to staff, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems across the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues across computers, printers, telephones, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Set up and manage user accounts, emails, and access permissions.
- Monitor and maintain clinic systems to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Support telecommunication systems, including call center tools and VoIP devices.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, software licensing, or system upgrades when required.
- Ensure data security, regular backups, and system updates are performed.
- Document issues and resolutions in IT logs and create user guides when needed.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees by setting up devices and access.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in IT support, preferably in a healthcare or clinic environment.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, basic networking, printers, and common software applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
- Understanding of data privacy and IT security protocols.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per hour
