IT Support/Social Media Handler

About This Role

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, printers, and network devices.
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, internet, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, CCTV systems, biometric devices, and office networks.
• Set up new user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.
• Maintain data backup systems and ensure data security and confidentiality.
• Install antivirus software and perform regular system updates and security checks.
• Maintain inventory records of IT equipment, software licenses, and accessories.
• Coordinate with external vendors or service providers for repairs and technical services.
• Support installation and maintenance of ERP, HR, accounting, and other office software systems.
• Ensure proper functioning of Wi-Fi, internet connections, IP phones, and communication systems.
• Assist employees with system training and basic IT guidance when required.
• Prepare IT reports and document technical issues, maintenance records, and system updates.
• Respond to emergency IT issues and minimize system downtime.
• Follow company IT policies, procedures, and cybersecurity standards.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
