About This Role
We’re Hiring: IT Support Engineer – Level 2
We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Support Engineer (L2) who can independently handle technical issues and support business operations efficiently.

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Level 2 technical support and resolve escalated IT issues
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system problems
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, user access & permissions
- Support POS systems, printers, routers, and CCTV (if applicable)
- Ensure minimum downtime and smooth daily operations
- Coordinate with vendors and Level 1 support team
Requirements:
- 2–5 years experience in IT Support / System Administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Networking, Office 365
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting & issue resolution
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication & problem-solving skills
Added Advantage:
- Experience in retail / F&B / multi-outlet operations
- IT certifications (CompTIA / Microsoft / Cisco)
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
