Overview

We’re Hiring: IT Support Engineer – Level 2

We are looking for a **proactive and experienced IT Support Engineer (L2)** who can independently handle technical issues and support business operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle **Level 2 technical support** and resolve escalated IT issues
  • Troubleshoot **hardware, software, network, and system problems**
  • Manage **Active Directory, Office 365, user access & permissions**
  • Support **POS systems, printers, routers, and CCTV (if applicable)**
  • Ensure **minimum downtime** and smooth daily operations
  • Coordinate with vendors and Level 1 support team

Requirements

  • **2–5 years experience** in IT Support / System Administration
  • Strong knowledge of **Windows, Networking, Office 365**
  • Hands-on experience with **troubleshooting & issue resolution**
  • Ability to work **independently and under pressure**
  • Good communication & problem-solving skills

Added Advantage

  • Experience in **retail / F&B / multi-outlet operations**
  • IT certifications (CompTIA / Microsoft / Cisco)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
