IT Support Engineer

Zahr Freighters is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
• Ensure data security through backups, updates, and antivirus protection.
• Support network infrastructure and resolve connectivity issues.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems and support activities.
• Assist in implementing new technologies and system upgrades.
• Coordinate with external vendors for advanced technical support when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration roles.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Experience with troubleshooting and system maintenance.
• Familiarity with Microsoft systems and cloud platforms is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
