About This Role
Noorka Logistics is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our technical team in Dubai . This role is ideal for a technology-driven professional who can ensure smooth IT operations, provide reliable technical support, and maintain secure systems within a fast-paced logistics and supply chain environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently.
- Manage user accounts, email configurations, and system access permissions.
- Maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.
- Support ERP and logistics management systems used by operations teams.
- Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and troubleshooting processes.
- Coordinate with external vendors for advanced technical support when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with firewalls, antivirus software, and data backup systems.
- Familiarity with logistics or supply chain software is an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
