IT Service Desk Team Lead
About This Role
QATAR GAS TRANSPORT COMPANY LIMITED NAKILAT - Operates one of the world’s largest LNG shipping fleets (60+ vessels). Works in LNG transport, shipyard operations, offshore services, and marine logistics
Lead IT in Nakilat support operations and ensure smooth IT service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain SAP systems (especially logistics modules)
Automate business processes
Analyze system gaps and improve efficiency
Manage user access and system security controls
Skills Needed:
