Job Title - Senior Sales Manager ( IT Staffing Services )

Location - Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a of Sales hunter role in UAE, preferably with a Staffing (IT or Non-IT) or HRMS or Tech based or Outsourcing industry.
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of UAE manpower outsourcing regulations (Preferably contract staffing).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for staffing, outsourcing, and manpower services.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Manage and grow existing client accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Act as primary point of contact for key clients and handle day-to-day coordination.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities across industries such as IT, Engineering, Healthcare, FMCG, Logistics, etc.
