- **Identify Opportunities:** Source new sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and digital platforms like LinkedIn.
- **Needs Analysis:** Consult with decision-makers to understand their business challenges and tailor IT solutions that address them.
- **Product Demos:** Deliver compelling, live demonstrations of software, cloud services, or hardware configurations.
- **Proposals & Tenders:** Draft detailed technical proposals, cost calculations, and tender documents that outline the business value of the IT investment.
- **Deal Negotiation:** Discuss pricing, service level agreements (SLAs), and contract terms to finalize sales.
- **Handle Objections:** Address technical concerns or budget constraints from clients and provide persuasive, value-based solutions.
- **Close Deals:** Successfully guide prospects through the buying journey to sign contracts and secure new revenue.
- **CRM Management:** Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline data using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- **Internal Coordination:** Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and with technical/engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible.
- **Post-Sale Support:** Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating onboarding and helping to resolve any issues to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- **Qualify Leads:** Evaluate prospective clients to determine their IT needs, budget, and purchasing authority.
- **Market Research:** Stay updated on emerging tech trends, competitor offerings, and regional market demands to spot new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Mimimum 2 years sales experience is required
- Minimum bavhlors degree is required
- Should be confidents and have strong communication and negotiation skills
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
