Pencil Office Supplies is seeking an experienced and results-driven

***IT Sales Account Manager***

to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT hardware, software solutions, and technology services, along with an existing customer network in the UAE market.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven experience in selling IT hardware, software solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, and related technologies.
  • Existing customer database and strong relationships with corporate and government clients in the UAE.
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
  • Valid UAE visa.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify customer requirements and provide suitable IT solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE IT market and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Promote and sell IT hardware, software, cybersecurity, cloud, and managed service solutions.
  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with vendors and technical teams to deliver customer requirements.
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account growth.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with government entities, semi-government organizations, and large corporate accounts.
  • Vendor certifications or experience with major technology brands will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT solutions, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms is preferred.
