About This Role
Role Summary
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive with
1–3 years of B2B sales experience
, strong
communication skills
, and
basic IT knowledge
to drive sales through remote engagement .
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable IT products/services
- Prepare quotes/proposals and follow up to close deals
- Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with field sales teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of B2B inside sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Arabic will be an advantage)
- Basic understanding of IT products and services
- Experience using CRM tools and MS Office
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and time-management skills
