Job Summary:
Microcenter Gulf LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in Doha. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations, coordinating with clients, and assisting in achieving sales targets within the IT products and solutions sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team in achieving targets
- Prepare and process quotations, proposals, and sales orders
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Communicate with clients to follow up on inquiries, orders, and deliveries
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely product availability
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations
- Handle documentation related to contracts, invoices, and delivery schedules
- Support account managers in managing key client relationships
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the IT industry
- Strong understanding of IT products and solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the Gulf region
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Basic technical knowledge of networking, hardware, or software solutions
