About This Role

About Us

Sygmetiv Business Solutions is a rapidly growing IT solutions company, providing ERP solutions, custom software development, mobile app development, and digital transformation services. As part of our expansion in Qatar, we are seeking motivated Sales Executives who are ambitious, energetic, and passionate about building their career in IT sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and identify potential clients through calls, visits, and networking.
  • Promote and sell company services including ERP solutions, IT services, and software products.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term business relationships.
  • Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
  • Stay updated on company services, promotions, and IT industry developments.

Key Requirements

  • 1–2 years of proven sales experience (preferably in IT Sales/ERP Sales).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of IT services or ERP solutions is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (Arabic is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Experience working in the Middle East / Gulf region is an added advantage.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • IT Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driving License (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Doha (Doha)
