About This Role
The project manager plays a vital role in facilitating and achieving the success of the project by developing plans and coordinating with the work team to achieve its goals With the least resources and sources. The Project Manager leads efforts to activate products and services, with a focus on achieving maximum activation
rates. He cooperates with education authorities to implement agreed upon activation plans and ensure the successful operation of all initiatives,competitions, and activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans:
- Develop strategic plans for the project and contribute to their development.
- Develop detailed project plans that include timelines and required resources.
- Lead the systems analysis team to complete gap analysis on projects and minimize
customer requests.
- Monitor the implementation of operational plans to ensure that goals and performance
indicators are achieved.
- Assess risks and develop strategies to deal with them
- Implementation management and supervision of the work team:
- Coordinate with the work team to ensure that project objectives are achieved on time and
within budget.
- Follow up on project progress and provide periodic reports to clients and management.
- Directsupervision of activation supervisors, training them and following up on their
performance.
- Promote team building and stimulate individual development of team members.
- Direct and motivate the team to ensure they achieve their maximum potential and adhere to
project objectives.
- Project and budget management:
- Managing all project operations according to the powers granted to it
- Ensure that the project achieves the agreed upon goals
- Identify development needs for the product/service and ensure its compliance with global
standards.
- Setting estimated budgets for each project and ensuring optimal employment of resources
- Managing recruitment and training processes for each project .
- Enhance interaction with customers:
- Developing and strengthening strong relationships with education agencies and
institutions.
- Preparing and approving activation plans with clients and implementing them successfully.
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project alignment with client requirements.
- quality assurance:
- Inspect thequality of products associated with the project and ensure that the required
standards are achieved.
- Performance monitoring and data analysis:
- Monitoring the financial record and ensuring contract receivables are met.
- Collect and analyze data and take corrective actions to improve project performance.
- Coordination with other departments:
- Work with the rest of the departments to ensure the success of the project according to
the time plan specified for it and within the set goals
- Supporting training and solving problems for education agencies and identifying
development needs.
Required Skills
- Experience and education
- At least 5 years of experience in learning management systems (LMS ) projects
- High experience in team management and strategic planning.
- Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field Or a bachelor's degree in technology with a
specialization in e-learning or distance learning and a PMP certificate.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in teaching and e-learning methods and strategies.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Data analysis and strategic decision making skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Languages:
- Full proficiency in Arabic and English.
Work Requirements
- Obtain a valid PMP certificate
- Ability to manage a team and motivate it towards achieving project goals.
- Ability to strategically plan and analyze data.
- Possessing high knowledge in the field of team management and learning management systems.
- Commitment to continuous learning and developing personal and professional skills.
