Key Responsibilities
- Act as the
- primary point of contact
- for enterprise clients in the Riyadh region.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with
- L&D heads, HR directors, digital transformation managers
- , and senior executives.
- Conduct regular
- business reviews, performance reports, and strategic planning sessions
- to ensure client satisfaction and platform value.
Client Growth & Retention
- Identify and execute
- upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- including premium training content, analytics modules, or additional licenses.
- Manage
- renewals and contract expansions
- , ensuring long-term retention and high client engagement.
- Partner with
Customer Success and Implementation
teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
Solution Alignment & Advisory
- Understand each client s
- learning and development objectives
- and position the platform as a key enabler of their
- training strategy, compliance programs, or digital learning roadmap.
- Stay current with trends in
- corporate learning, AI-driven video training, and e-learning analytics
- , translating these insights into actionable client recommendations.
Reporting & Territory Oversight
- Maintain detailed and accurate
- CRM records
- including forecasts, account health, and expansion opportunities.
- Provide regular updates to the
- sales leadership team
- on performance, pipeline status, and risk management.

- competitive activity
- and evolving
- training needs
- within the Saudi enterprise market.
