Support planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Project coordination
- Coordinate IT project activities from initiation through closure.
- Monitor schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks and drive mitigation actions.
- Facilitate communication among business stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, and project managers.
- Track progress and prepare status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
Governance, contracts, and documentation
- Support project governance, change management, and documentation processes.
- Coordinate Statements of Work, deliverables tracking, vendor performance, and contractual compliance.
- Use project delivery and collaboration tools to manage workflows and reporting.
- Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Required qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- At least 6 years coordinating or supporting mega IT projects.
- Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid IT project lifecycle methodologies.
- Experience with Oracle Unifier, P6 EPPM, or Aconex.
- Experience identifying project pain points and implementing practical solutions to maintain schedules.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools.
- Understanding of IT contracts, Statements of Work, vendor management, and commercial obligations.
- Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred qualifications
- PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Experience with software development, infrastructure, ERP, cloud, or digital transformation projects is preferred.
