BIM Modeler - Revit role in the Engineering / BIM department.
The role develops, coordinates, and maintains accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed Revit BIM models to project specifications and design standards.
- Produce 2D drawings, plans, sections, elevations, layouts, and construction documentation from BIM models.
- Interpret engineering drawings, architectural plans, and design specifications.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models as applicable; identify and resolve clashes and inconsistencies.
- Perform quality checks and update models for design revisions, site feedback, and engineering comments.
- Support coordination and clash detection using Navisworks or other relevant tools.
- Maintain model data, drawing registers, revisions, and project documentation.
- Deliver models and drawings within project schedules.
Required qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- 6–10 years of relevant BIM modeling experience using Autodesk Revit.
- Strong Revit proficiency and knowledge of 3D modeling workflows, BIM standards, modeling practices, and construction documentation.
- Experience with multidisciplinary model coordination and clash resolution.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
- Attention to detail, coordination, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project deliverables and work in a multidisciplinary environment.
Preferred tools
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Navisworks is preferred.
Additional qualification detail
- A separate Qualifications section specifies Diploma - Civil / B.Tech Civil.
