Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed Revit 3D models for ICT, security, fire alarm, public address, audio-visual, and BMS systems.
- Coordinate ELV systems with architects, structural engineers, and electrical, plumbing, and HVAC disciplines to ensure clash-free designs.
- Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools; manage issues and provide solutions.
- Create drawings, schematics, specifications, technical reports, shop drawings, and as-builts.
- Ensure designs follow project BIM Execution Plans, company standards, and relevant international codes, including TIA/EIA, BICSI, and ISO 19650.
- Collaborate with engineers, clients, and project teams, participate in design meetings, and provide technical input.
- Conduct self-checks and quality control for ELV BIM outputs, and mentor junior modelers.
Qualifications
- ITI or diploma in electrical, mechanical, or electronics.
