Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D Revit BIM models to project specifications and design standards.
• Produce 2D drawings, plans, sections, elevations, layouts, and construction documentation from BIM models.
• Interpret engineering drawings, architectural plans, and design specifications.
• Coordinate models with architectural, structural, and MEP teams as applicable.
• Identify and resolve model clashes and inconsistencies with engineering teams.
• Perform model quality checks for accuracy, completeness, and BIM-standard compliance.
• Update models based on design revisions, site feedback, and engineering comments.
• Support clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or other relevant tools.
• Maintain model data, drawing registers, revisions, and project documentation; meet project schedules.

Required qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 6–10 years of relevant BIM modeling experience using Autodesk Revit.
• Strong Revit proficiency and 3D modeling workflow experience.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, modeling practices, and construction documentation.
• Experience with multidisciplinary model coordination and clash resolution.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Technical skills

• Required skills include Autodesk Revit, 3D BIM modeling, drawing extraction, BIM coordination, model quality checks, clash detection and resolution, and BIM documentation.
• AutoCAD working knowledge and Navisworks are listed as preferred; Navisworks is also named as a tool for supporting coordination.
