IT PMO Analyst – SAP
Role Overview
Works with IT management to implement project management standards, processes, and governance across the organization.

Project governance and change coordination
- Prepare and distribute project and ticket status reports and maintain project artifacts.
- Monitor project stages and delivery; hold regular status calls and keep records and minutes of governance meetings.
- Coordinate change advisory board meetings and ensure changes comply with IT change management standards.
- Assess risks, prepare mitigation plans, conduct audits and post-project evaluations, and perform post-implementation reviews.
- Support IT compliance and maintain IT service management documentation for ISO 27001 and ISO 20000-1.
Stakeholders, team, and improvement
- Coordinate responses to internal support requests and gather stakeholder feedback on project performance.
- Work with users, vendors, and partners to align IT delivery with business objectives and company standards.
- Support steering committee meetings and keep management informed of significant issues and actions.
- Contribute to improved project management processes, methodologies, and tools; research and support adoption of PMO and NOC innovations.
- Promote team collaboration and support training and development of team members.
Qualifications and experience
- University degree or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of related experience in an IT PMO, project coordination, or change analyst role in an ITIL/ITSM environment.
- PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner credentials are highly preferred.
- Good understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and applications.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA landscapes, firewall or antivirus, servers, networks, or operating systems is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills; strong Microsoft Office skills, including MS Project.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
