Artificial Intelligence Engineer - Emiratisation

About the role

What you’ll do

• Understand customer workflows, data, and constraints; identify opportunities and scope use cases with technical and business stakeholders.
• Design and build production AI solutions, including LLM agents, RAG, tool/function calling, document processing, and workflow automation.
• Integrate with customer data warehouses, CRMs, ticketing tools, internal APIs, and legacy software.
• Build evaluation harnesses and monitoring for quality, latency, cost, and safety.
• Deploy and operate solutions in customer cloud, VPC, and on-premises environments subject to security and compliance needs.
• Iterate based on user feedback; tune prompts, retrieval, models, and user experience after launch.
• Create reusable components from recurring customer needs and share field feedback with product and research teams.
• Present results, trade-offs, and roadmaps to executives and engineers.

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, strong Python, and working fluency in TypeScript or a similar language.
• Production LLM application experience with prompt design, RAG, agents, tool use, structured outputs, and fine-tuning where appropriate.
• AI evaluation experience, including test sets, LLM-as-judge methods, and regression tracking.
• Experience with vector search, embeddings, data pipelines, SQL, and API integration.
• Comfort with AWS, GCP, or Azure, containers, and CI/CD.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences; able to run workshops and explain trade-offs.
• Ownership in taking an ambiguous problem through to a deployed solution.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

• Forward-deployed, solutions engineering, consulting, or startup founding experience; agent frameworks, MCP, or multi-agent orchestration.
• Regulated-industry background, model serving, inference optimization, open-weight model deployment, frontend prototyping, open-source AI contributions, or published technical writing.
