IT Manager / IT Systems Administrator

Role overview

Infrastructure and technical support

• Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, domains, cloud hosting, servers, computers, laptops, hardware, and IT equipment.
• Administer Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, network security, and user access.
• Manage Microsoft 365, company email, and user accounts.

ERP systems

• Administer and support Odoo ERP.
• Maintain Aurelia ERP, including development coordination, data migration, and system maintenance.
• Manage Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 ERP and associated servers; maintain VISAC server infrastructure and provide technical support.

E-commerce and integrations

• Manage and maintain the Shopify website; support email and WhatsApp automation systems.
• Maintain payment gateway integrations, including Tabby, and support the Dubai Police vending machine telemetry system.

Communications, security, and operations

• Manage the 3CX call centre and telephone systems; coordinate with du, Etisalat, and other IT service providers.
• Implement cybersecurity measures, data protection, and access controls; manage IT vendors, software licences, subscriptions, and renewals.
• Troubleshoot issues, minimise downtime, maintain documentation, backups, and recovery procedures, and coordinate with internal departments.
• Manage IT projects, upgrades, integrations, and vendor support; ensure documentation and knowledge transfer for critical systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant IT experience; multi-department business experience is preferred.
• Strong experience in network administration, server management, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on ERP experience; Odoo and Microsoft Dynamics NAV are preferred.
• Knowledge of Shopify, payment gateway integrations, and business automation.
• Experience with Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, 3CX, and telecom systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, vendor coordination, and communication skills; able to manage multiple systems independently.

Preferred qualifications

• ERP migration, implementation, or development project experience.
• Familiarity with cloud hosting, database management, and system integrations.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure across offices, production facilities, and retail operations.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 9,000–13,000 per month.
