Mood Espresso LLC seeks a motivated, results-driven Telesales / Call Center Executive in Dubai.
The role contacts potential and existing customers, promotes coffee products and machines, generates sales opportunities, and achieves targets.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers and promote coffee products, machines, and related services.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain customer relationships and satisfaction; follow up on quotations, pending orders, and sales opportunities.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and maintain accurate customer information and call records.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams as required.
Requirements
- Previous telesales, telemarketing, or call center sales experience is preferred.
- Good communication and telephone etiquette; strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude; able to handle objections and close sales.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- UAE residence is preferred.
