Own Mood Espresso’s finance and accounting function, reporting directly to the CEO.
The employer welcomes experienced Finance Managers, Financial Controllers, and CFOs comfortable working directly with accounts and supporting business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Own daily accounting, reconciliations, and monthly closing.
- Manage cash flow, bank balances, customer collections, supplier payments, and post-dated cheques.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and clear management reports.
- Develop budgets and cash forecasts, highlighting funding needs early.
- Monitor inventory, manufacturing costs, and profitability by product, customer, and sales channel.
- Handle banking relationships, credit facilities, and lender reporting.
- Oversee UAE VAT, corporate tax, audits, and financial controls.
- Improve ERP accounting, financial dashboards, and reporting accuracy.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of finance experience, including 3 years in a finance leadership role.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance; CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
- UAE finance experience and practical knowledge of local tax requirements.
- Manufacturing, FMCG, food and beverage, or trading experience preferred.
- Strong Excel and ERP skills; Odoo experience is an advantage.
- Able to explain financial issues clearly, solve problems, and follow through.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 10,000 per month.
