Delivers theoretical and practical instruction in Information Technology, Computer Science, and related higher-education subjects.

Teaching and student support
- Delivers lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and practical demonstrations in IT-related subjects.
- Prepares lesson plans, course outlines, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises in line with the approved curriculum.
- Guides hands-on activities involving relevant programming, databases, networking, operating systems, cybersecurity, and software applications.
- Prepares and grades assignments, quizzes, examinations, laboratory reports, and projects, maintaining assessment records.
- Provides academic guidance, consultation hours, remedial support, and feedback to students.
- Maintains attendance records, grade sheets, course files, and assessment documentation.
- Participates in research, academic activities, workshops, and professional development as required.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A master’s degree may be preferred or required depending on the institution and role.
- Relevant higher-education teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Practical experience with relevant programming languages, software tools, IT infrastructure, or technical platforms.
- Familiarity with curriculum planning, student assessment, modern teaching methodologies, learning management systems, and digital teaching tools.
- Relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
- Effective communication with students from diverse educational and cultural backgrounds; strong teaching, presentation, classroom management, and practical IT skills.
Salary
- The description states a salary of AED 19,000 per month.
