Associate Director - Project Delivery role based in Dubai, UAE.
Leads delivery of residential building projects, with a focus on built-to-sell developments.
Compensation
- Salary stated as AED 60,000 per month, all inclusive.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of residential building projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
- Oversee planning, design, execution, and handover, with a focus on built-to-sell developments.
- Manage contractors, consultants, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Drive construction management best practices and compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Report progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
Qualifications and experience
- At least 15 years' experience in a lead role managing large-scale or multidisciplinary projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering is mandatory.
- At least 12 years of construction or real estate project management experience, including 2–3 years at director level.
- Proven track record delivering building projects for a developer, specifically in Dubai.
- Hands-on experience managing project delivery from start to finish.
Preferred experience
- Experience with a developer is preferred.
