Develop and execute strategies to improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, satisfaction, and overall customer value.
The Customer Strategy Manager role is based in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop customer strategies aligned with business and commercial objectives.
- Analyze customer data, behavior, feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Segment customers and develop targeted strategies for different groups.
- Improve customer experience and journeys across key touchpoints.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success to execute strategic initiatives.
- Build business cases and recommendations using customer and commercial insights.
- Monitor retention, churn, customer lifetime value, satisfaction, engagement, and revenue KPIs.
- Lead projects to increase customer loyalty and profitability.
- Present insights, recommendations, and performance updates to senior leadership.
- Assess competitors and market developments to inform customer strategy.
Ideal Candidate
- 5–8+ years in customer strategy, consulting, commercial strategy, customer experience, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with customer data and translating analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of customer economics and business performance.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
