Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale real estate developments, including high-rise residential buildings, mixed-use developments, master-planned communities, villas, and townhouses.
• Oversee the lifecycle from feasibility, planning, design, and pre-construction through execution, infrastructure coordination, completion, and handover.
• Deliver complex built-to-sell projects in line with scope, budgets, timelines, quality standards, and commercial objectives.
• Manage consultants, contractors, project managers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate execution.
• Oversee construction progress, project controls, cost management, risk mitigation, and quality assurance across projects or phases.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai regulations, building codes, health and safety requirements, and authority approvals.
• Monitor performance, identify delivery risks, and implement corrective measures to maintain timelines and budgets.
• Report progress, financial performance, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management.
• Improve project delivery processes, construction management practices, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• At least 12 years of project management and delivery experience in construction or real estate development.
• At least two to three years of Director-level or equivalent senior leadership experience.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale real estate projects in Dubai; experience with a leading property developer is preferred.
• Strong exposure to mixed-use, master-planned, high-rise residential, villa, townhouse, and large residential developments.
• Experience managing projects from planning and design through construction, completion, and handover.
• Strong understanding of construction management, project controls, cost and schedule management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple project packages within complex development programmes.
