Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented IT Hardware Sales Manager to lead sales operations focused on the sales of IT materials and technology products. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, international trade, and client acquisition, with the ability to build long-term relationships across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for selling IT and technology materials
• Identify and onboard international buyers, distributors, and resellers
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles including negotiation, pricing, and closing
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts
• Research global markets, identify demand trends, and expand export opportunities
• Coordinate with logistics, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth exports
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
• Represent the company in trade meetings, virtual pitches, and international negotiations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technology sales, IT materials, or electronics sales.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Experience dealing with B2B clients and overseas markets
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field (preferred)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in IT asset trading, hardware sales, or technology distribution
