**Pay:** 3,000.00 (AED) - 5,000.00 (AED) per month + Commission
Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented **IT Hardware Sales Manager** to lead sales operations focused on the **sales of IT materials and technology products**.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, international trade, and client acquisition, with the ability to build long-term relationships across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for selling **IT and technology materials**
- Identify and onboard international buyers, distributors, and resellers
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles including negotiation, pricing, and closing
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts
- Research global markets, identify demand trends, and expand export opportunities
- Coordinate with logistics, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth exports
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
- Represent the company in trade meetings, virtual pitches, and international negotiations
Requirements
- Proven experience in **technology sales, IT materials, or electronics sales.**
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Experience dealing with B2B clients and overseas markets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field (preferred)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in **IT asset trading, hardware sales, or technology distribution**
