Redolent Group is looking for a passionate and experienced Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Professionals to lead and manage our social impact initiatives.
Position: CSR Manager
Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with company vision
* Plan and execute community welfare programs
* Manage sustainability and social impact projects
* Coordinate with NGOs, government bodies, and community organizations
* Prepare CSR reports, compliance documentation, and impact assessments
* Lead initiatives in healthcare, environment, education, and community development
Requirements:
* Experience in CSR / Sustainability / Social Impact Projects
* Strong communication and project management skills
* Knowledge of CSR regulations and reporting
* Passion for community development and social responsibility
* Minimum 2–5 years experience preferred
