- Experience: More than 10 years of experience in IT Asset Management or Configuration
- Management.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms like BMC
- Helix.
- Standards: Strong understanding of ITIL v4 frameworks, specifically Service Configuration
- Management and ITAM practices.
- Data Analysis: Advanced skills in Excel to manipulate and analyze large datasets for
- reconciliation.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills to coordinate across departments (Finance,
- Procurement, and IT Operations).
- Preferred Certifications
- ITIL Foundation
- Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM)
- Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM)
