IT Application Manager
Full Job Posting
- 5+ years of experience in Application Management, IT Service Management, IT Governance, or a related role.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and external service providers.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and coordination skills.
Understanding of application lifecycle management, governance, and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release).
Understanding of IT risk management, cybersecurity, controls, and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and SRE practices.
