Manages telecom invoicing operations and ensures accurate, timely billing for telecom clients and other telecom companies.
Requires an accounts background and experience with telecom billing and invoicing processes.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage monthly telecom invoices for clients and projects.
- Verify billing against contracts, services, and project data.
- Coordinate with operations and project teams to confirm billing details.
- Maintain invoicing records, documentation, and ERP updates.
- Follow up on invoice submissions and payment tracking.
- Comply with company financial procedures and telecom billing standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of invoicing or billing experience; telecom industry experience is preferred.
- Experience handling invoicing for telecom clients or companies.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and billing processes.
